Forum User Policy

FORUM USER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 06/08/2024

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Gekido Gang™ ("Company") and you ("User") regarding the use of the Gekido Gang™ forum ("Forum"). By accessing or using the Forum, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Eligibility: The Forum is intended for use by individuals aged 17 and above. By accessing or using the Forum, User warrants that they are at least 17 years of age.

2. Prohibited Content: User agrees not to post, upload, or transmit any content that promotes or glorifies sex, drugs, or real-world violence in any form.

3. Zero Tolerance Policy: The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy against bullying of forum members. Any instances of bullying, harassment, or intimidation will result in the immediate termination of the User's account and access to the Forum.

4. User Conduct: User agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner when interacting with other forum members. User shall not engage in any behavior that is abusive, offensive, or disruptive to the community.

5. Intellectual Property: User acknowledges that all content posted on the Forum, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and graphics, may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by the Company or third parties. User agrees not to infringe upon any such rights.

6. Moderation: The Company reserves the right to moderate the Forum and remove any content or User accounts that violate this Agreement or are otherwise deemed inappropriate, without prior notice or liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Forum is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. User agrees to use the Forum at their own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Forum.

9. Indemnification: User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with User's use of the Forum or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maricopa County, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and the Company regarding the use of the Forum, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

12. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. User's continued use of the Forum after such amendments or modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Agreement.
